A great place to spend a few hours with the kids. The goats were very hungry! We held guinea pigs and a huge rabbit. Met some cows. Tractor ride (doesn’t really go anywhere) and went on all the slides. Kids were shattered. Food in the cafe was decent too, sandwich and chips for a reasonable price.

Great for kids. The animal encounters are provided often so you don't have to wait long to hold the animal you like. There are also plenty of areas to play.
Food was standard but of good value.
Lots of friendly and helpful staff present meant all queries could be answered.

Went for the Christmas Experience with my two kids (after visiting for many years since my own childhood) and was beyond impressed. There was the 'standard' farm offer which in itself is fab, a huge variety of animals, many of whom you can interact with, seemingly well looked after. Indoor and outdoor play options, including a toboggan slide. And whilst the cafe is expensive it's no different to other places in that respect.
But the Christmas experience on top was just wonderful. Tractor Ride to meet santa, interacting with & feeding reindeer, games to play, a toy from santas workshop, a build a bear, biscuit decoration and more that I am undoubtedly forgetting about. Thoroughly impressed and will return.

Amazing Santa experience! This is the second year we've been, and the only one I rebooked from last year.
There's so many well planned out activities to keep you occupied throughout the day. We loved seeing all of the animals, meeting Santa, feeding the reindeer, making our own teddy and decorating biscuits. The elves keep the day so well organised as well. My 2.5 year old is still talking about it and how she went on the tractor. We'll definitely be back next year!

Amazing day at their Christmas Event. Every single member of staff was so smiley and all talked really enthusiastically to our 6 year old about her Christmas wishes. Weather was horrendous but genuinely didn't spoil the day. Can't say how fabulous the whole event and the team who run it are.

Very impressed with Whitehouse farm Christmas event. I took my 8 year old who also has autism and she had an absolutely brilliant time. Having taken her to Lapland U.K. 3 years ago, I would rate whitehouse Farm much higher and far better value for money.
What really stood out for me was the effort that the staff put in. We’ve been to several Christmas events over the years across the country and also locally and never seen staff make such effort to give the kids a really top class experience. From the elves to the cafe staff and shop assistants , Mrs Claus and Santa himself , you couldn’t fault any of them
Many Christmas events have the same activities but Whitehouse Farm went a step further with the interactive show and build a soft toy . There was an excellent variety of activities.
The highlights for us were The elf managing the talking reindeer who was fantastic. Really impressive . The lady elves in the enchanted forest who greeted my daughter like she was an old friend - she was dressed as an elf too. My daughter was absolutely delighted and so enthralled with their interactions . These ladies were brilliant and a credit to the Farm. Mrs Claus made a huge effort to talk to everyone in spite of the cold wind and had big smiles on her face always . The biggest thanks to Shannon in the cafe who helped us with a difficult situation when my daughter had a meltdown after dropping the cookie she made for Santa . She went out of her way to help and turned the day round into a happy one. Very grateful to her - thank you Shannon
All in all, a brilliant day and great value for money. We are going back next year

Lots of stuff to do here (farm animals, indoor go karts (paid for) outdoor jeep (paid for), playpark, story telling, slide, bouncy inflatable area) but quite disappointed with the welfare of the animals, seeing as they are a farm. A lot of the animals fur was quite matted and unkempt. The staff at the petting area had the animals on a rotation of being petted which should be time allocated instead. This is detrimental to their health. All in all, I wouldn't recommend.

Our fave farm. We’ve been every October since 2018 for the Halloween spooktacular.
So much to do and see. We always enjoy the extra Halloween related activites especially the wizard school.
Only downside, is the amount of people eating their picnics in the cafe. Seems an issue every year we go. Leaving no tables for paying customers who have purchased hot food from the cafe. The seem to sneak in the door at the back of the seating area, naughty, naughty!

Such good value for money, they have lots of different animals, peddle go carts, tractor rides trampolines and a fairly large soft play all for the entry fee. Most of the place is paved and fine for a buggy or scooter. This is a regular family visit, so much so we have annual passes.

Fab place to spend a few hours and great that you can get up close and personal with a variety of the animals. Easy recommend.
